How it works
From registering to your dog's first day
You register online
Complete your dog's profile and upload their vaccination records.
We activate your profile
Our team checks the profile and the records, then activates it.
We arrange the assessment
A free three-hour assessment on a Saturday. We confirm the time with you when we book it in.
We tell you how it went
After the assessment we come back to you about whether daycare suits your dog. That conversation happens before any daycare booking is confirmed.
Registration is compulsory. You are welcome to message us on WhatsApp at any point along the way.
Register in the customer portal
Start by registering in our customer portal. This is where your dog's profile, vaccinations, medical information and emergency contacts live. It is compulsory — we cannot confirm a booking for a dog who is not registered. You are welcome to message us on WhatsApp about dates or rates at any point; most of our clients do, but it does not replace this step.
Complete the profile and upload your dog's vaccination records while you are there. Our team activates the profile once both are in, and the assessment is arranged after that.
Check the vaccination requirements
Dogs require DHLPP and Bordetella, cats require HCP, and Rabies is required for all animals. Please bring proof at check-in.
Book the free assessment
Before a dog attends daycare, boarding or any training programme for the first time, a free assessment is required. This is for the safety and wellbeing of your dog, our other guests and our handlers.
The assessment runs for three hours on a Saturday, once your customer profile has been activated. We arrange the date with you and confirm the time when we book it in.
It is complimentary and carries no obligation. Afterwards we will tell you honestly how your dog got on and whether daycare suits them — that feedback comes before any daycare booking is confirmed.
Add feeding and medical information
Add your dog's medical information to their profile. Disclose any dietary needs at the time of booking.
We administer clearly labelled medications. Please note our team is not formally vet-qualified.
Add your emergency contact
Add your emergency contact to your customer profile.
If your dog falls ill or is injured, we contact you and your emergency contact immediately; any vet care is at the owner's cost.
