Pick the stay and any add-ons and this builds an itemised draft from the same rate card we hand out at reception. Send it to us and we will confirm availability and the final figure.

Card payments are being set up through After Bark, our own shop. Until that is live, this page produces a quote and nothing more — there is no card payment on this site to take.

Paying is not the same as being booked. A place depends on space on the day and, for a dog we have not met, on a free assessment first. Our team confirms your booking in our booking system. A payment on its own never confirms a place.

Registration comes before any of this. Your dog has to be registered in our customer portal before we can confirm a booking — that part is not optional. Working out the cost here, or talking it through with us on WhatsApp, is welcome at any point, but neither one registers your dog.

Basic and Premium multimedia are the same service

One dog gets one level on a given day, so choosing one clears the other. If you want different levels on different days, tell us which days and we will split it on the invoice.

Pawsh grooming
Priced from the printed Pawsh card, which this rate card does not re-approve for online payment. Book and pay in the usual way.
YAPPI training courses
Places depend on an assessment, so a course is quoted and confirmed before payment.
Late collection
Charged after the fact against your account, not booked in advance.
Holiday programme add-ons
The weekly holiday figures are not on the owner's rate card. They stay on quote until confirmed.
